CANDADITE CAN REGISTRATION ON www.joinindianarmy.nic.in WEF 20 DEC 2017. 2. DATE GIVEN IS TENTATIVE. EXACT DATE, TIME & LOCATION OF RALLY WILL BE PRINTED ON ADMIT CARD.
23 & 24 Feb 2018	Documentation & Medical examination of the selected candidates.
	Written test of selected candidates	Date, Time & Location of written test will be intimated at rally site by issuing Admit Card to affected candidates.

REPORTING TIME BETWEEN 03.30 AM TO 05.30 AM

ELIGIBILITY:

1. Soldier General Duty

Age Limit: 17 ½ to 21 yrs Born between 01 Oct 1996 to 01 Apr 2000

Educational Qualification:
(a) 10th Class Pass minimum 33% marks in each subject with overall aggregate of 45%.
OR
(b) 12th class simple pass

2. Soldier Technical (Nursing Assistant)

Age Limit: 17 ½ to 23 yrs Born between 01 Oct 1994 to 01 Apr 2000

Educational Qualification:
(a) 12th Pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 40% marks in these subject and 50% marks in aggregate
OR
(b) Candidate should be Graduate with Botany, Zoology/ Bio Science & English. The stipulation of percentage in class 12th is waived off in case of Graduates. However, the candidate should have studied all the four specified subjects in Class 12th also.

3. Soldier Technical

Age Limit: 17 ½ to 23 yrs Born between 01 Oct 1994 to 01 Apr 2000

Educational Qualification: 12th class pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

4. Soldier Clk/SKT

Age Limit: 17 ½ to 23 yrs Born between 01 Oct 1994 to 01 Apr 2000

Educational Qualification:
(a) Should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate in class XII.
(b) Should have studied English and Maths/Accts/Book Keeping in class XII OR X and should have secured min 50% marks in each of these subjects , whether studied in class XII
OR X.
(c) Even if a candidate is a graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage marks scored in class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility.

5. Soldier Tradesman

Age Limit: 17 ½ to 23 yrs Born between 01 Oct 1994 to 01 Apr 2000

Educational Qualification: 10th Simple Pass (Except House Keeper and Mess Keeper of Class 8th Pass).

6. Sports / Games

1. Games Permitted: Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boxing, Cycling, Equestrian, Football, Fencing , Gymnastics, Handball, Hockey, Judo, Kabaddi, Kayaking, Kho-Kho, Karate, Shooting, Rowing, Rugby, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, Taekwondo, Volleyball, Weight Lifting and Wrestling.
2. Validity: Sports certificate within two years (between Feb 2016 to Feb 2018).
3. District Level: Recognised by District Sports Association 1st and 2nd position only.
4. State, national and International Level: Participation certificate.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

2. Photographs. 12 x Latest passport size colour photographs & 02 x family photograph (5 Cm x 5 Cm) (Not more than Six (06) months old) with blue/white background and visible date on photo.

3. Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC). Issued by DC/ADC/EAC with signature and colour photo of candidate
on it.

4. Birth Certificate. For non-matric, Birth Certificate signed by Registrar of birth & death with round stamp.

5. Caste Certificate. Issued by ADC/EAC/an officer authorised by the DC, with office seal and colour photo of candidate on it.

6. Character Certificate. Issued by VCP/Village Sarpanch / Gaon Burha /Principal / Police Station (Certificate should be issued within six months ).

7. Unmarried Certificate. Candidates below 21 years must bring unmarried certificate signed by VCP/Gaon Burah/Head of Village.(Certificate should be issued within six months).

8. Indemnity Bond. Candidates below 18 years must bring indemnity bond signed by parents and self on the following format.

9. Education Certificates/Documents. (a) For 10th and 12th Class Pass Candidates. Admit card, Mark sheet and board certificate of class 10th and 12th . (b) For 8th Pass Candidates. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Mark sheet counter signed by DEO and Issuing Authority (Only Messkeeper and Housekeeper).

10. Documents for SOEX, SOS, SOW, SOWW. Relationship Certificate issued by Records Office or attested copy of discharge book.

11. Documents for Gorkha Candidates. Gorkha Certificate issued by village Sarpanch/community or local Gorkha organization (approved by the state government) and an affidavit (on non judicial stamp paper of Rs 10/-) issued by notary public. Gorkha cate certificate issue by Gorkhali Sudhar Sabha (GSS) Garhi Cantt, Dehradun for recruitment of Indian Domicile Gorkhas will be honoured.

Note: Formats can be obtained from HQ Recruiting Office Shillong. All documents will be verified. In case of fake documents FIR will be lodged and individual will be handed over to police.
