An education director is needed by India Autism Center. The Training Academy, one of India Autism Center's three verticals, would fall under the purview of the Education Director. The Education Director will also take the lead in developing and managing all operating systems to support the planning, administration, and fulfillment of the Academy's vision.
The goal of the IAC's Training Academy is to develop a task force that is knowledgeable, skilled, and specialized. To further satisfy the requirements and expectations of mental health, the training school strives to develop students into employable professionals on a national and international scale.
The comprehensive campus at Sirakol of the India Autism Center depends on the training academy to meet its needs. The Clinical organizational chart at Samavesh, the expansive residential campus at Sirakol, must be filled with resources, ideally from the Training Academy, according to the Education Director.
Responsibilities and roles:
Developing the Academy is the responsibility of the Education Director.
- establishing the principles that the Academy will adhere to
- Creating the organizational policies, guiding concepts, and administrational practices needed
- By implementing systems that make it possible, we can make sure that the policies are effectively carried out.
- establishing the credibility of the Academy's formal affiliation with relevant national and international boards of education
Networking:
- Develop business ties; secure collaborations with reputable organizations worldwide.
- Develop a communication plan to be involved in our collaborations from beginning to conclusion.
Developing the Curriculum Conceptually: The Education Director is in charge of
- Track the development of both new and old teaching techniques.
- incorporating current social science work market-relevant courses.
- overseeing the faculty requirements for implementing the chosen curricula.
Carrying out the Curriculum:
- Onboarding and Vetting Potential Teachers and Other Staff
- Bringing both short-term and long-term affiliations/partnerships - for programs, workshops, certificates, degrees, etc.
- Admissions - developing a branding and marketing plan that will ensure a high enrollment in the training academy's programs.
- Our programs' digital reach includes creating a strong online presence through learning platforms like Youtube and providing online courses, among other things.
Making sure placements:

Requirements:
Professional expertise and background:
- a graduate degree in education, organizational development and management, the social sciences, or a closely comparable discipline from an approved university;
- A minimum of ten years of work experience managing, coordinating, or serving in an advising capacity for an international education program at a recognized university, governmental agency, or non-governmental organization; at least five of those years should have been spent outside of the employee's home country.
